Postage & Packaging
Orders below the value of £50 are charged at £3.95, orders £50 and over will be charged at £9.99. This is applicable for both UK and international postage.

We offer a full no quibbles guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the product please return within 7 days and we will offer a replacement or full refund. Please note refunds can only be issued back on the card you made payment with.

Returns Policy

Unsuitable Goods
If goods are unsuitable, please return within 7 days of receiving the goods. Please email us for a returns form. Goods must be returned to us in their original packaging (unworn) and we will send a replacement or refund you in full. Please note any refunds will be paid direct to your card you made the initial payment with. Divas n Dudes are not responsible for return postage and costs. We recommend that you obtain a proof of postage certificate i.e. Recorded Delivery.

Incorrect or Faulty Goods
If unsuitable please return to us within 7 days in their original packaging (unworn) and we will send a replacement or full refund back on to the card you made the original payment with.

If the returning items are Stardust products, please contact us at info@divasndudes.co.uk and we will send you a returns form. You will then be required to complete the returns form and send to FREEPOST STARDUST.
