Making A Purchase
Browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. Click on 'Add to Basket’ and you will be asked for your name, address and credit card details.

Payment is via Paypal and we accept most major cards.
You will receive an automated order confirmation by email. However, we may still need to contact you if there are any problems with your order, so please ensure all of your details are correct when making a purchase.

Shipping And Handling
Orders below the value of £50 are charged at £3.95, orders £50 and over will be charged at £9.99. This is applicable for both UK and international postage.

Delivery Schedule
Please allow 7-14 days for UK orders and an additional 3 days for personalised orders.

Delivery outside of the UK
For delivery outside the UK please email us at info@divasndudes.co.uk for for information on additional postage charges.

Tax Charges
All our prices include VAT where it is applicable.

All credit card transactions are processed by Paypal, who are one of the leading online transaction processors in the UK for safety and reliability. Paypal processes your payment and arranges with us for your goods or services to be dispatched.

Guarantee
We offer a full no quibbles guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the product please return it in its original packaging (and unworn condition) and we will offer you a replacement or a full refund back on the card you made the original purchase with. We recommend using Recorded Delivery when returning items to us.

Returns Policy

Unsuitable Goods
If goods are unsuitable, please return within 7 days of receiving the goods with your returns form downloaded from the website. Goods must be returned to us in their original packaging (and unworn condition) and we will send a replacement or refund you in full. Please note any refunds will be paid direct to your card you made the initial payment with. Please note that Divas n Dudes is not responsible for return postage and costs. We recommend that you obtain a proof of postage certificate i.e. Recorded Delivery.

Incorrect or Faulty Goods
If unsuitable please return to us within 7 days in their original packaging (unworn) and we will send a replacement or full refund back on to the card you made the original payment with.

If you wish to return Stardust products, please contact us at info@divasndudes.co.uk and we will send you a returns form. You will then be required to complete the returns form and send to FREEPOST STARDUST.

Remittance Terms
Full payment is required in advance of shipping.
